Obituary for Paul Jacob Westrich

Westrich, Paul Jacob, age 82, passed peacefully at home on Wednesday May 17, 2017. A dedicated family man and loyal friend whose love and laughter will be missed by so many. We are all better because of him. Devoted husband for 55 years of Edna Catherine Westrich. Beloved father of Liz (Bob) Cummins, Paul (Michelle) Westrich, Gina (Howard) Clarke, Kim (Scott) Casey and Joe (Whitney) Westrich. Loving grandfather of 12 and great grandfather of 1. Dear brother of Tom (Shirley) Westrich and the late Don (Carolyn) Westrich and Charles Behrens. Dedicated employee of Chevron retiring after 32 years to enjoy his real passion, Pinochle and golf. Proud veteran of the US Army and member of AMVETS Post 1988. He was a volunteer at the Veterans Hospital and St. Francis Seraph soup kitchen for 15 years. Visitation Tuesday May 23rd from 10:30am until time of Funeral Mass at 11:30am at St. Ignatius of Loyola Church, 5222 North Bend Rd. Memorials may be made to Cincinnati Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Wounded Warriors.
