Hamilton, Robert “Bob" or "Sharpie” passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2023 surrounded by family at the age of 76. Bob was born on June 2, 1946 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He married his beloved Gail (nee Pinatello) on September 7, 1966. He was the loving father of Patricia A. Hamilton, Beverly Marrero, and Molly (Mark) Yacchari. Devoted grandfather of Patricia R. Hamilton, Kevin Choate, K-Million, Jules and Karmani Hamilton; Gabrielle, Grace and Gianna Marrero and; Alyssa, Mark Andrew and Maxwell Yacchari. Loving great grandfather of Giselle and Santana. He was the adored youngest brother of Evelyn, William "Bill", Chris, Judy, Roxanna, Carol, Mary, Kathy and Sharon and a treasured uncle of over 40 nieces and nephews. Bob is preceded in death by his parents John Curtis and Mary Elizabeth (Timberlake) Hamilton; brothers John Curtis "Buck", Donald and Charles Eugene "Gene" and sister Betty. Bob was larger than life, enjoyed being a gifted story teller, and a father figure to many. He had a serious love of cars, but most of all he loved his family and friends. He was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam era and the longtime manager of E-town Landfill and Recycling Co. He served several years on the Hidden Valley Lake Financial Committee board. Visitation Friday, April 21, 2023 from 6pm until time of funeral services at 8pm at the Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home, 10385 New Haven Rd., Harrison. Graveside services and military honors will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 9:30am at the Evergreen Cemetery, Southgate, KY. (meet at front gate at 9:15am) A Celebration of Life lunch to follow at 12pm at Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg, IN in the Backlot room.
