Edward L. Rowley, beloved husband of 58 years to Diane Rowley (nee Wood). Loving father of Christopher (Lisa) Rowley and Daniel (Kim) Rowley. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Florence and Virgil Rowley, and his siblings John Rowley, Charles "Chuck" Rowley, and Mary Lou Eschman. Ed was a police officer for 25 years for Cincinnati District 5. He passed away March 13, 2023 at the age of 81. Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 8:30am - 9:30am at the Neidhard Minges Funeral Home, 3155 Harrison Ave (Cheviot).
