Frank “Joe” Kresser passed away surrounded by his loving family on February 18, 2023 at the age of 83. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Helen Kresser, and his eleven siblings, Edward (Hope) Kresser, Charles (Phyllis) Kresser, Clarence (Mary Ellen) Kresser, James Kresser, Robert (Delores) Kresser, Ramona (Calvin) Holste, Virginia (Richard) Moser, Betty (Jack) Balcom, Elmer (Mary Jane) Kresser, Fred (Wanda) Kresser, and Helen (William) Cresap. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Linda Kresser and his three children, Kim (Robert) Yamaguchi, Michael (Alexandra) Kresser, and Karen Kresser. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, Brian Yamaguchi, Kelsey (Dan) Schmuhl, Zack Yamaguchi, Jeremy Kresser, Kathryn Schoeny, Caroline Schoeny, Tristan Kresser, and Adrianna Kresser as well as his two great grandchildren, Nita Yamaguchi and Maia Schmuhl. Frank also leaves behind his beloved cat, Willie.
Frank is remembered as a kind man who was loved by everyone he met. He loved animals and could often be found with pockets full of treats for the dogs he passed on his walks. He was a fan of the Reds, the Bengals, cars of all kinds, Camp Washington Chili and local bakeries. His family and friends could always count on him.
Visitation Friday, February 24, 2023 from 9:00 am until time of funeral service at 11:00 am at the Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home, 3155 Harrison Avenue, Cincinnati, OH, 45211.
