Cherished grandma of Turner Mazzella. Dear daughter of Margaret (Rusty) Smith. Devoted sister of Amy Zimmerman, Jennifer Forwood and David Forwood. Best friend of Dani Pyles. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Passed away peacefully on September 7th at the age of 53. Visitation Thursday, September 15th from 9:30am until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30am at St. Aloysius Gonzaga, 4366 Bridgetown Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45211. Church prayers will begin at 10:20am.
