Fox, Harry E. III. Beloved husband for 70 years of the late Sylvia H. (nee Fenneman) Fox. Loving father of Rick Fox, Tom (Karen) Fox and Linda (John) Taylor. Cherished grandpa of Jenny (Scott) Sublett, Sara (Dave) Shayeson, Brian (Betsy) Fox, Stephanie Fox (Tiffany), Christine (Andrew) Combess, Eric Fox (Maddie), Michael Desmarais, and Marie (Jonathan) Batson. Great grandpa of Megan, Sofia, Andrew, Rose, Hannah, Simon, Emilia, and Reesie. Dear brother of Robert Fox and the late Dorothy Himes, Betty Young and Nancy Fox. Harry was a proud WWII veteran of the US Navy serving in the Seabee's. He was a leader of the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 871 where he achieved Scout Master for many years and Order of the Arrow. He was a member of Western Hills AARP for many years also serving as President for 9 years. Dad was a faithful church goer and prayed the rosary daily. Our hearts are broken with grief at the loss of our beloved dad, grandpa and great grandpa. We are however deeply grateful and thankful to God that he blessed him with good health for 96 years. Dad was an honor and privilege to care for. Dad is with mom now, but most importantly with our Dear Lord, Jesus and our Blessed Mother. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on May 1st at the age of 96. Visitation Friday, May 6th from 5pm-8pm at Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home, 3155 Harrison Ave (Westwood). Funeral Mass on Saturday, May 7th at 10:30am at St. Jude Church (Bridgetown). Memorials may be made to charity of one's choice.
