Obituary for Sharon Ann Evans
Sharon Ann Evans (nee Lampert) passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at the age of 78. Sharon was preceded in death by her loving parents Irma (nee Rathman) and Rodney Lampert, as well as her brother PFC Donald W. Lampert. She was also preceded in death by her great-granddaughter Stella Lee Simmers. She is survived by her daughters Lisa (David) Wereley and Gail Evans, much loved granddaughter Molly (Phillip) Simmers, and cherished great-grandson Wyatt Simmers.
Sharon was a 1962 graduate of Mother of Mercy High School and was a retired secretary/bookkeeper for Day Precision Wall. In her younger days she was a member of the Mack Volunteer Ladies Auxiliary, loved camping with friends and families from the Mack Fire Department and enjoyed girls trips to Gatlinburg with her friends. In her retirement days she enjoyed crocheting, crafting, and was an avid and talented quilter.
