Eichelberger, James W. “Ike” Beloved husband of Ruthann (Lowery) Eichelberger. Loving father of Jim (Sherry) Eichelberger, Julie (Rick) Grinstead, Jill (Joe) Pohlman and Jan (Bob) Luebbe. Step father of John Siemon. Devoted grandfather of Nick, Brett, Chad, Brooke, Alyssa, Keith, Jake, Ashley, Jane and Matthew. Great grandfather of Rachel, Annabelle and Owen. Brother of Joan (Joe) Metze, Marianne Steman and the late Robert (Donna) Eichelberger. Passed peacefully surrounded by family on April 7, 2022 at the age of 83. Ike was a chemist and Division Director at the EPA for over 30 years. He enjoyed fishing and golf and was a member of an award-winning Barber Shop Quartet and The Southern Gateway Chorus. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 13th from 10am until time of Funeral Mass at 11am at St. John the Baptist Church, Dry Ridge.
