Phelps, Lucille (nee Dupuy). Beloved wife for 49 years of the late Robert Phelps. Loving mother of David (Mary) Phelps, Sheree (Ken) Kuhn, and Mary Jo (Mike) Neff. Cherished grandma of Amanda (Scott) Schrader, Lauren Cotton, Brittney Phelps, Kelly (Tim) Brunst, Brittany (Jason) Rogers, Logan (Holly) Bennett, and Neil (Tancho) Neff. Great grandma of Haley, Cason, Aly, Lincoln, August, Jaxon, Hudson, Teller, Adalynn, Kaylee, and Cole. Dear sister of Theresa (Fritz) Erbelding and the late Marie Manuel and NJ Dupuy. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Passed away peacefully on May 7th at the age of 88.
