William R. Jacob "Bill" Son of the late Lucille and Carl. He loved his friends and family. He enjoyed having them over to grill out for everyone. He enjoyed bowling, softball, boating and listening to the Reds games. Many hours were dedicated to watching his grandchildren in their different sports events. After being diagnosed with lung cancer, he spent time in physical rehabilitation and was able to recover enough to move to assisted living. Then Covid hit. He spent a year quarantined during the pandemic in assisted living. After proudly receiving his vaccines he moved into an apartment and was really starting to enjoy himself. He started cooking again and was making new friends in his community. He never met a stranger. He was walking daily and riding his exercise bike, determined to live his best life. He passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 5, 2021. Bill will be cremated. There will be no service, per his wishes.
