Black, Ruth Carol (nee Johnston), beloved wife for 58 years of the late Elwood C. Black. Loving mother of Gary (Theresa) Black, Stephen Elwood (Theresa) Black and Sharon Cruey. Devoted grandmother of Nathaniel Black, Ashley Bradley, Ericka Black, Lance Cruey & Paige Cruey and 4 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Dolores (late John) Bennington. Ruth was a member of the Order of The Eastern Star # 290. She was also a Red Cross volunteer for 17 years. Ruth passed away on Friday, March 12, 2021 in her 90th year. Due to Covid-19, the visitation & funeral service will be private; however, everyone is welcome to attend the gravesite services for Ruth on Tuesday, March 16th at 1pm at Arlington Memorial Gardens (Mt.
