Obituary for William J. "Bill" White

White, William "Bill." He passed away on November 24, 2020 at his home in Westwood. He grew up in Cincinnati, attending both Hugh's High School and Central High Vocational School. Bill served in the Navy during the Korean War. He retired from the the City of Cincinnati as a stationary fireman. He went on after his first retirement to retire two more times. Bill had numerous hobbies. He was a writer of short stories (a few were published), an oil painter, and could play the piano like a pro. He was a loving father, grandfather and friend. He will be greatly missed. Bill is survived by his wife of 68 years, Mary M. White. His children: Mary Ellen (the late Lou) LaValle and Bill (the late Sandy) White, Jr. His Grandchildren: Luigi IV, Dixie White, Tony (Kim) LaValle. His Great-Grandchildren: Reagan White, Ashton Hyden, Vera Muir and Dorean LaValle. Services will be private.
