Watkins, James. Beloved husband of Kathryn Watkins. Cherished brother of David Watkins and family. Preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Nancy (nee Miller) Watkins, brothers Rodney and Arthur Watkins and sister Flora Roth. James gave the selfless gift of life through tissue and eye donation. Passed away on May 18th at the age of 44. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
