Phelps, William "Bill" Ray, beloved husband for 40 yrs of the late Delphia D. (nee Davidson) Phelps. Loving father of Lisa (Darwin) Ridener, William R. (Valerie) Phelps, Jr., Roy (Karen) Cox, Catherine Black, and the late Amy (James living) Childress, Robin Cox and Gary Cox. Also survived by 27 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by one grandchild, Troy Cox. Brother-in-law of Lucille Phelps, Jim Rowe and Roy (Sylvia) Davidson. Dear brother of the late Lemma Haynes, Robert E. Phelps and Edna "Sis" Rowe. Son of the late Robert and Nellie (Haynes) Phelps. Age 86 years. William was a retired engineer from the B & O Railroad after 50 years of service. He also enjoyed being an auctioneer. Visitation Monday, from 11am until time of funeral services at 1pm at the Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home, 10385 New Haven Rd. Harrison, Ohio. Burial Miamitown Cemetery.
