Frances F Meigs (Tucker), age 77, of Ross Township passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Thursday, December 28, 2017. She was born in Fernald, Ohio on October 1, 1940, the daughter of the late Frank and Ruth Tucker. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Meigs was preceded in death by her husband Donald Meigs and her sister Ruth Miller. She is survived by a sister, Linda Bowling; two daughters, Donna Killip and Barbara Meigs; two grandchildren, Megan and Lucas Killip; several nieces and a nephew; and several great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 10am until time of funeral blessing at 12pm at the Minges Funeral Home 10385 New Haven Rd Harrison, Ohio 45030. Burial to follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
