Neal, James F.. Beloved husband of the late Helen M. (Kennedy) Neal of Harrison OH. Passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017 age 75 years. Loving father of James B Neal (Favor). Cherished grandfather of Katie Neal, Adrianna Ciresi, Ashley Clapp, Morgan Clapp and the late Rachel Clapp. Great grandpa of Remington Steele and Ariah Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick and Mary Neal and his brother Steve Neal. James was retired from the City of Cincinnati as a traffic engineer. He was a member of the train collectors association, American Legion, Ohio gun collectors association and the NRA. He loved animals and enjoyed volunteering with the Boy Scouts. Visitation Wednesday, January 3, 2018 from 5 pm until time of funeral services at 7 pm at Minges Funeral Home, 10385 New Haven Rd. (Harrison).
