Dagenbach, John Andrew, beloved by so many, passed away at home at the age of 63 years surrounded by his loving wife Angela and his children Sandy, (Dan) Bleh, Theresa (Adam) Hardin and Ann Dagenbach after a long, hard fought battle with cancer. John was the cherished grandfather of Eric, Alexis, Grace and Johnny, brother of Barbara (Peter) Hamilton, Damian (Ted) Dagenbach, and Mary (Rick) Messerle, and uncle of Sarah, Ben, Katie (Michael) and Leah. John was preceded in death by his mother and father, Edna and William Dagenbach, his treasured brothers Stevie and Danny, and nephew Andrew. John was kind, loving, funny and optimistic. He worked for the Kroger Company for 39 plus years, a place where he met some of his most dearest of friends. During his time at Kroger he was awarded the Chairman award. John loved nature and especially loved fishing, walks in the park, and watching his grandkids play. His life mantra, "Keep love in your heart, good thoughts in your mind, and say good things." Visitation Wednesday, from 4 pm until time of funeral services at 7 pm at the Minges Funeral Home, 10385 New Haven Rd. (Harrison). Memorials may be directed to The American Cancer Society
