Mirizzi, Joseph Lewis. Beloved husband for 54 1/2 years of Joyce (nee Britch) Mirizzi. Loving father of Douglas (Alicia) Mirizzi and Scott (Pam) Mirizzi. Cherished grandpa of Paige and Dominic Mirizzi. Dear brother of Samuel Mirizzi and the late Agnes Harrell. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. Joe was a member of the Sons of Italy. He loved to cook and volunteered at the Sacred Heart Ravioli Dinner for years. Proud veteran of the US Army. Passed away on Dec 29th at the age of 79. Family will receive friends on Wednesday January 3rd from 11am until time of funeral blessing with military honors at 1pm at Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home, 3155 Harrison Ave (Westwood).
