Maas, JoAnn (nee Matacia) Beloved wife of the late Jack Maas, Sr., Loving mother of Jack (Angie) Maas, Jr., Mary Lou (Tim) Kern, Joseph (Robin) Maas, Tony (Barbara) Maas, Jerry (Amy) Maas and the late Kathleen and Michael Maas. Devoted grandmother of Johnny and Andy Maas, Tim (Nicole) Jr. and Mike Kern, Joe Jr. and Kevin (Robin) Maas and Shannon (Aaron) Meyer, Christy (Jonathan) Spanyer, Matthew, Joshua, Brittany and Michelle Maas and Taylor, Karly and Isaiah Maas. Great grandmother of Avery and Lillian Kern, Dominic, Maria, Nicholas and Anna Spanyer and Elisabetta Maas. Beloved sister of Mary Jo Schuld and the late Lucille Koetter. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. In 1961 JoAnn and her husband, Jack, founded the Delhi Horn of Plenty, which grew through several business transformations to become J.T.M. Food Group. Passed peacefully surrounded by family on Oct. 18, 2017 Age 84. Visitation will be held on Monday Oct. 23rd. from 9am-12:30pm followed by Funeral Mass at 1pm at St. Aloysius Church, 3350 Chapel Rd., Shandon, Ohio (45063). Burial for immediate family only to follow at St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Harrison.
