Neal Helen M. Beloved wife of James F Neal of Harrison OH. Passed away Saturday March 25th 2017. Loving mother of James B Neal (Favor Clapp). Cherished grandma of Katie Neal, Adrianna Ciresi, Ashley Clapp, and Morgan Clapp. Great grandma of Remington Steele and Ariah Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Dorothy Kennedy, sisters Pat Kennedy and Judy Noeth, and granddaughter Rachel Clapp. Helen was a native to Cincinnati. After holding several different positions during her career of many years, she retired from the City of Cincinnati. Helen was a loving wife, mother and grandma to her family. She was also a true and loyal friend to many. She donated her time to many charities throughout her years and volunteered with the Animal Adoption Foundation. She was the foundation of her family and will be dearly missed. Visitation Wednesday March 29th from 5PM until time of funeral services at 7PM at the Minges Funeral Home, 10385 New Haven Rd Harrison, Ohio 45030.
