The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.
There are many memories the Holthaus and Brown family shared over the years, especially Fred and Bud. Our families sitting together at the yearly Electrician Picnics, we always had alot of fun. Sharing our dads retirement party. Our parents sitting together at the yearly summer picnics, and the yearly Christmas Parties. The Holthaus girls and the Brown girls with our dads at the Mercy Father Daughter Dances. We not only danced with our own dad, but danced with your dad, and you danced with our dad. It was always a great time. Our dads would always go to the Pension meetings together and your dad would always bring over a bag of apples, honey, etc., and talk about your family. They would get together for lunch with Rice and Howard. I know they enjoyed that. Our family has enjoyed all the time we spent with your family, and our dads shared a true friendship that I know they both cherished.
