Lake, James L. "Poppy" beloved husband for 67 years of the late Carolyn "Nonnie" Lake (nee Hawk). Loving father of Christine Marcum, Larry (Doylanna) Lake, Ronald (Cheryl) Lake and Randy (Jennifer) Lake. Devoted grandfather of Valarie (Jake) Hanford, Kelly Lake, Amber-Lea Marcum, James Lake and Logan Lake. Great-grandfather of Boone and Dutch Hanford. Age 96 years. Poppy was a graduate of Chase Law School and a member of the Pioneer Antique Club. He was a very honorable man who loved his family and served his country during WW II. Poppy was an avid car lover and gun collector. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a gravesite service with military honors on Saturday, 11am at Miamitown Cemetery (Miamitown).
